The Tiffany Show Pattaya
'An Original Transvestite Act'

The Tiffany Show in Pattaya eastern Thailand has been dazzling audiences for over 40 years, since its humble beginnings back in 1974 as a one man transvestite show conducted for friends.  These spectacular performances have not gone unnoticed as it is now ranked the 4th best transvestite show in the world; providing audiences with all the glamour and razzamatazz that they come to expect from a cabaret show of this magnitude.

BACKGROUND

Hence, if you are seeking an alternative to the cliche Pattaya nightlife of girly bars and discos, then this is a performance that you won't want to miss if you are vacationing in Pattaya.

While there are a number of cultural shows now held in Pattaya including the equally popular Alcazar Cabaret Show, the Tiffany Show traces its roots back to a New Years Eve performance held in Thailand in 1974, making this one of the first professional ladyboy shows within southeast Asia.

While the original show was essentially a one man lady-boy show, today the cabaret show includes numerous professional transgender performers who conduct three spectacular shows each night.  These artists look so impressive in their costumes and make-up that it is difficult to believe that they are actually male.

These shows have come a long way from the early days and now incorporate approximately 15 different dance routines.  The themes from these routines are derived from a number of countries such as Thailand, India, Vietnam, Russia, and China while there is also a western style dance as well.

The dances performed in the Tiffany Show are professionally choreographed to advanced lighting and sound effects on an amazing purpose built stage which helps to take this art form to a new level.

With beautiful intricate costumes and exotic looking performers the result is a performance which is both spectacular and exhilarating to watch.  However, one important thing to remember if you see this show is that you are not allowed to take either pictures or video of any of the performance.

Although, you can have your picture taken with several of the performers after the show just near the entrance for 100 Thai baht (see image below) which is just their clever way of extracting additional money from members of the audience.
